Return Policy For Jewellery

  • Seven day guarantee – If you are unhappy with a product or wish a change or refund, you will have to inform within seven days of the delivery.
  • For return, you will need to go to the ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ section in the profile. Click on ‘YOUR ORDERS’ and find the ‘RETURN’ button. When you click the button you will be directed to a page with several reasons. Select the one that suits you best and ‘SUBMIT’.
  • Once you have placed the return, a free pick up will be arranged from the customer’s delivery address.
  • Refund will be initiated in the form of Credit Note. Credit Note will be mailed to you within 24 hours of receiving the product from source.
  • The Credit note will be in a form of a Coupon Code with Valuation of refund amount. It can be used by the customer within 3 months from the date of Issue of Coupon.

Return Policy For Stationary:

  • There will be no refund for stationery items. In Case of any manufacturing or Logistic Related cancellations, Credit Note will be issued.

Return Policy For Bags:

  • For return, you will need to go to the ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ section in the profile. Click on ‘YOUR ORDERS’ and find the ‘RETURN’ button. When you click the button you will be directed to a page with several reasons. Select the one that suits you best and ‘SUBMIT’.
  • Once you have placed the return, a free pick up will be arranged from the customer’s delivery address.
  • The amount will be refunded to your account as soon as the product is received from the source.
  1. The product being returned should be in its Original Packing Condition along with the Courier Polybag.
  2. It should have the Product Tag and sticker intact as was in Shipping condition.
  3. The refund will be processed only after the items are received from source and checked well.
  4. In case the Customer is not able to receive the item due to any unforeseen reason, two possibilities shall follow:
    a) In Case of COD, the number will be blocked for any further COD Orders for the Account.
    b) In Case of Pre Paid, 50% of the value of the Item will be Forfeited for Non Delivery of the items.
  5. Provide details if a product has any defects. Please send us clear reasons for the same.
  6. If there is any damage to the product from your side, there will be no exchange or refund.
  7. Please specify the address well to avoid any trouble.

Payment:

You can pay us online through Debit/Credit cards, or NEFT. Cash on Delivery is also available for our products. Any other mode of payment will need to be communicated. For any kind of Bulk Buying or other kind of buying, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Section. International Payments are also available, but Shipping will be done presently only in India.

Cancellation Policy:

If you ordered for a product and need to cancel the same, kindly contact us before the shipment takes place. (You will receive a SMS when the product is dispatched). Also, after the product is dispatched, you will have to wait for the product to get delivered and then you can follow the Return Process. In case of cancellation before shipment is being done, for all products, Amount will be refunded back to the Source Account within 7-21 Working Days.
